Ticket Sales Associate

Position Summary:

You will serve as the central point of purchase for all on-site ticket options for guests with an emphasis on communicating ticket types and upselling ticket choices.  In this position, you will become affluent with park ticket options and pricing.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Cheerfully greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Engage guests by asking open-ended questions to identify the guest’s need and provide assistance with selection of ticket options
  • Using suggestive selling and up-selling techniques and providing accurate and current information regarding various ticket offerings while meeting established sales goals
  • Processing transactions for the sale of ticket options and other general merchandise while practicing proper cash handling procedures and ensuring the accuracy of funds
  • Providing relevant park information to guests as well as engaging in positive guest interactions
  • Understanding and actively participating in company procedures and policies by following established standard operator procedures training
  • Utilize POS computer to create, process, and balance a sale
  • Test and inspect POS equipment daily before opening
  • Maintain cleanliness of your work area



  • Must be 18 years old
  • Must be able to smile and have a fun can-do positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in an innovative, fast-paced and multi-tasked environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to speak fluent English
  • Must be able to read and write and have basic arithmetic skills
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged long periods of time
  • Must adhere to uniform standards


Supervisory Responsibilities: None


Compensation: $13/hr
